Native threshold tolerance in event-based tactile sensing. Laser speckle from a compliant skin is imaged by an Event Vision Sensor whose pixels reset their own reference on every event. The project tests whether that native reference-reset behaviour survives under a fixed contrast threshold as background drift approaches the contact timescale.
